Minance interview questions

I applied for the backend developer role in the month of April. And I was reached out by the lead engineer on the very next day. We had a discussion about my experience. The call went for almost 20 minutes. And I was told that I'll be reached back again. And I was reached back again after 1 month. At the end May I was reached out by the lead engineer. He said he was busy with some other stuffs but he said that he's still interested in my profile and he wanted to share a technical assignment with a deadline. And I took the technical assignment and completed it within the deadline. The assignment was a simple API development task. And the code review happened after a week which is 1st June. And my code was reviewed. I missed out something in the model definition of the API. But lead engineer was happy with my design and we had a discussion about the system designs. And at end he said that the session was positive so I can expect a call within a week. He also said that if I'm not reached out within a week I can give him a call to get a follow up. But again I was not reached out by anyone. And I gave him a call after 10 days but he was also surprised that nobody had reached me out. I asked him what happened and he said that he submitted everything regarding the latest telephonic discussion but the top management hasn't responded yet. He again assured me that he'll definitely have an update for me within the following 2 days. And he did call me and gave me an update saying that still the management hasn't responded yet. He also said that its better for me to consider other offers too and if something comes up there he said that he'll reach me out immediately. But the guy who interviewed me was really nice. But why are you guys wasting someone's time like this? It looks like Minance is having a very poor management. I wasted my time on this assignment and telephonic discussions. But at the end I wasn't even treated with proper respect. Please grow up and respect other's schedule. If you guys are so busy then why would you start a candidature at the first place?
