Post selection of my application, the interview process (mine was offsite) involved an initial phone conversation to fix a convenient time for an online interview. The written round is timed and involves several papers to review your language and grammar skills, assessing your reading and understanding capability, spontaneity, writing prowess etc. Once you crack this written round, there are telephonic interviews with various senior management execs and the HR. My experience with the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. It was all very clean and clear and people are open to questions. As far as the work atmosphere is concerned, I can unbiasedly say: It is one of THE BEST places to work at! And this is one statement that any 'mindworker' will vehemently conform to and that in itself, says a lot for the company. After all, there aren't many companies that can boast of such a satisfied workforce. Then again, there is no bed of roses and Mindworks is not on fairyland. As long as you have realistic expectations and are ready to give your best, this is a place that you'll never regret working for or having worked for.
