Fairly straightforward process. Consisted of a take home coding challenge. Then the recruiter invited me to interview with the managers. They really dig into your projects so be sure to know that. They want to be able to have technical conversations.

Question 1
How do you manage a new task added on top of your other work with an impending deadline?
Starts with a phone screening, then a take-home coding exam. Once the hiring team takes a look at the exam, they will either approve or not. If approved, you interview with the team, and do a basic interview with a code review as well.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mindex Technologies
Interview
1) Recruiter Screen (30 minutes)
2) Take home project they say will take 1 hour. The directions say 1-2 hours. It would take 2-3 to really do it well. They will "grade" you on not finishing it if you only agree to spend 1 hour on it.
3) Interview with supervisor and two people you will directly work with who are at the top of their role.
