Mindex Technologies interview questions

Starts with a phone screening, then a take-home coding exam. Once the hiring team takes a look at the exam, they will either approve or not. If approved, you interview with the team, and do a basic interview with a code review as well.

1) Recruiter Screen (30 minutes) 2) Take home project they say will take 1 hour. The directions say 1-2 hours. It would take 2-3 to really do it well. They will "grade" you on not finishing it if you only agree to spend 1 hour on it. 3) Interview with supervisor and two people you will directly work with who are at the top of their role.
