I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mindful Therapy Group in Jul 2025
Interview
Phone Interview - Recruiter called 10 mins later than expected. Was adamant that the number 1 thing they are looking for is someone who can handle challenging clients and can set boundaries and expectations. Recruiter stated their number one value is respect. The recruiter did not know how many people were on the team they were hiring for, the actual salary, or how they measure success of the role lol.
There was mention about getting an answer back on next steps within 5 days, the recruiter completely ghosted. The whole process lacked professionalism, clear expectations, and respect.

I interviewed at Mindful Therapy Group (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Mindful Therapy group seemed like they really wanted to emphasize how big they are as a business i.e. "we have multiple billing teams and everyone works really hard". The tone gave the impression of "we're busy, hurry up".

Question 1
What do you want from Mindful that you're not getting elsewhere?
Interview process was pretty straightforward. I found the people interviewing me to be informative and helpful. I was able to tour a facility in person as well in order to get a sense for the office space. I was able to speak with the manager there and ask more questions.
