For a mere package of 5lpa (2 year bond of 2lac), it is absurd what the requirements are of the company. Initial HR interview was good, asked technical questions In HR screening itself, still acceptable. Gave a technical interview and informed beforehand that had only initial knowledge of SpringBoot framework (JD described 0-1 year experience on the framework), answered most of the questions, some obsession with Java 8 features was stuck(answered that too , to an acceptable extent , 2 of 5 major points), still wasn't convinced and laughing. Theory is more required than actual aptitude and problem approach/solving. Got way better offer for way less. Unexpectedly bad.
