Interview
I had a one hour online Teams chat interview and was offered the job though I have been a project manager. Still unclear about the job itself, only heard the generic terms.
Any Product Manager here to enlighten me?
Solid interview, thorough and fair, interview was conversational and centered around broad concepts in AI and ML. Interviewers were open to bounce ideas back and forth, and there was interest in going deep into one particular topic or method.

Interview
Applied online and received a gorilla assessment. Questions were timed questions full of gotchas and tricks which were had to figure out with the time limit. Somehow I passed (??) and I went on to the next round which was a short interview with some engineers but the main focus was to give the instructions for the take home assignment. I was given a short deadline and pushed to complete the assignment. In total, it probably took around 4-5 hours. I was then told they were waiting other candidates were finishing the assignment as well (were they not given the same deadline?). It's been weeks and I've followed up but it seems the company has ghosted me. I normally don't do take home assignments for this reason. Job hunting is hard enough, and putting a big load on the candidates only to not have the decency to write a two sentence rejection email just makes the process even more dehumanizing.
