I was asked if I wanted to set up an interview via email and asked if I could pick a date and time. The interview was over the phone and was pretty casual. They asked me a few questions that were directly related to what I was applying for (things related to working a monotonous job and working independently) and also touched on what the job would be like. They asked me if I had any questions and that was it. I got an email offer within the week.
