Phone intake then interview on the phone with two managers. It was during COVID-19 so we didn't do in-person, and we are a health department. I think that it was non-stressful. As long as you are a student who shows good work ethic, and your interests align.
The set up of the interview was three people taking turns asking me questions. They asked questions about the experience on my resume, my skills/abilities pertaining to the job posting, some personality questions, and some lowball situational questions.

Contacted for a zoom interview with the Epidemiologist leading the project after hearing from Human Resources that I fulfilled the minimum job requirements for the position. Learned about what the position entailed- case tracking for an infectious disease- and was asked questions
