Minnsota Zoo interview questions

In person sit down very relaxed. One on one. Spoke for about thirty minutes. Wrote notes on paper. Interviewer kept questions situational, some technical questions but mostly situational and relaxed

I applied for a keeper position and two months later got an email to schedule a virtual interview with the hiring manager and an HR rep. After the interview, I never heard another word, not even an automated email when they eventually filled the job. I understand not being the right fit and being ruled out. I understand being busy. I know it’s not uncommon to ghost candidates, even after taking the time to interview, but it’s disrespectful nonetheless. The hiring manager looked drained and over it from the start and maybe I dodged a bullet.
