Interview
The process was pretty typical for this type of role. The first step was a call with the recruiter. From there, the next two calls were with the Head of Operations and then, associated team members.
Then, as I progressed the final step was to complete a case study with 4 areas of focus. We then had a panel review of the case study, with four organizational leaders. The entire process proceeded seamlessly and within an expected timeframe.
I was excited about the opportunity going into this process, but meeting everyone really was the icing on the cake. Each interaction was enjoyable and conversational. Everyone was warm, and welcoming and seemed genuinely interested in speaking with me. My time was respected and I felt valued.

Question 1
The calls flowed in a conversational way, so there wasn't a lot of "Tell me about a time when..." or other rapid-fire sort of questioning. We talked about my background and how things are set up at Minoan now - and from that framework, topics that both sides wanted to cover naturally came up.
