Applied for the position online, filled out relatively straight forward form and uploaded cv and cover letter. Was contacted by HR for an interview and then was interviewed by a partner in the team.
professional and straight forward questions - went into a lot of detail about my experience, exactly what my role was on the files and where I would fit in the team. Lit role.
Two rounds of video interviews (because of COVID). First round with two partners from team. Second round with another party. Very relaxed and friendly. Got a sense that it was a two-way conversation and they wanted me to fit in and choose them as much as they wanted to assess me.
