The recruitment process at Mirakl was exceptionally well-organized and professional from start to finish.
It began with an interaction with their AI assistant, Emma. I found this initial stage to be highly creative and an innovative approach to modern hiring.
Following that, the process was broken down into three well-structured steps: an HR interview, a technical interview, and a final culture-fit interview to ensure alignment with the company’s core values. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly nice, welcoming, and sharp—they answered all my questions in a very pertinent and clear manner.
On top of that, the recruitment team is extremely reactive and quick to follow up whenever I had a request or needed clarification. It made the entire candidate experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Could you describe a significant obstacle you encountered in your academic or professional journey, and explain how you overcame it?
The interview process was well organized. I first had an interview with HR, followed by three consecutive interviews with different members of the team and people who work closely with them. Everyone I met was very friendly and professional throughout the process. The interviews were well structured and mainly focused on behavioral and situational questions, where answers were expected to follow the STAR format. Overall, it was a positive and smooth experience.

Mon processus de recrutement pour ce poste s'est structuré en quatre étapes clés. Tout a commencé par un premier tour assez original sous forme d'entretien vidéo avec une IA, ce qui a permis de valider mes motivations initiales et la cohérence de mon parcours. J'ai ensuite passé un entretien de qualification avec l'équipe RH pour faire le point sur mon profil et mes compétences. Le troisième tour, plus stratégique, s'est déroulé directement avec mon futur manager pour évaluer ma capacité à bâtir des systèmes d'automatisation et mon sens du business. Enfin, le processus s'est conclu par un dernier entretien d'équipe axé sur le fit culturel et le partage des valeurs de l'entreprise, validant ainsi définitivement mon intégration.
