      Senior Business Operations Manager Interview

      10 Mar 2020
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2019

      Interview

One of the best interview processes I've been through, but certainly not the easiest. Process was very personalized and handled end to end by the hiring manager. Process was 30 min hiring manager screen --> 4 hour case study / take home assignment --> 30 min case study presentation --> onsite interview --> executive interview. During each stage of the process I felt the team really focused on asking me questions that were relevant for the role and the organization, which helped me get a better idea of what the job would be like, and always left ample time at the end to let me ask my questions. After extending the offer the hiring manager and executive offered for me to talk to their references to get an idea about what it was like to work with/for them as well as additional calls to answer subsequent questions I had.
