I applied online. I interviewed at Mirren Business Development (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Very thorough interview, directly with leadership team on two occasions. Focused on ensuring ability to 'manage up', be a team player, effectively fit within workplace. DISC (personality) assessment helped to examine traits. Called references promptly and with specific and wide-ranging questions. Took several interviews; the last two seemed more an opportunity to get to know the managing partner.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mirren Business Development (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2013
Interview
It was a good but extensive interview process. The interview began with insight into the role and company, a Skype interview and then moved to in-person interview in the office. The interview questions were detailed with a heavy focus on my approach to events and project management. I was able to ask all of my questions and felt they were answered honestly. Overall the process was thorough, methodical and supportive.
