Before you even apply you have to answer questions about your sexual history to get a recommendation to work here. It's hostile and creepy. There were plenty of other questions that read as predatory

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Missionary Training Center (Provo, UT) in Sept 2011
Interview
They just straight up gave me the job. The rigor corresponds to the necessary skills of the job. I showed up, they asked me about my availability and when I could work and whatever, and then they gave me a uniform. Pretty straight up.
