Missouri State Public Defender interview questions

It was a Zoom interview with one person from the Columbia office. In the interview I was offered the job, and I then chose the office and division I wanted to work in.

I had three interviews. The first one was with the recruiter. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. The last two interviews were with me and district defenders of the two different locations. Interviews didn’t last long and they felt like conversations.
