The interview happens after the written assignment. Firstly, they will go through the written assignment and then they will contact you directly without any prior message or email. So stay prepared for the interview to happen anytime. The interview was on phone (1:1) conducted by a senior analyst.

Question 1
They ask lot of questions regarding the geo-political events in South Asia. During the phone interview, they explain the responsibility and work a little bit to confirm if the candidate is ready to work in this field. They also asked my interest area in South Asia region.
