The interview process is very drawn out and there's a lot of internal changes that end up eliminating roles or changing them mid-recruitement.
I was contacted within a few days of applying to schedule a 30 min phone screen the next week. Then I had an hour virtual interview with two hiring managers about 2 weeks later. I followed up the next week and was told no decision was made. I then followed up probably 2-3 more times over the next two months. They said they were hiring for a new dept lead and all their focus was on filling that role, so they didn't have time to move this position along any faster. I eventually received an auto rejection email and was told the new dept lead they hired decided to go in another direction with this job.
I interviewed for a couple of roles, and in another situation the hiring manager didn't respond to me for almost 3 weeks after the call because she was on vacation. I'm not sure why they didn't have someone backing that recruiter up, or at least an auto email to let me know they were out.
While I didn't think the interview itself was that difficult, theres a lot of internal chaos going on that drags it out. Expect it to take months with possibly weeks between communication.
