Lengthy interview with complete review of skills. Total 5 rounds of interview excluding the personality/cognitive test. Following the personality test would be a phone screen, followed by another phone screen, followed by a java coding test and 3 rounds of one on one interviews at on site location. The interview is a complete drill of technical skills and they make sure to test you in all aspects such as technical and behavioral. If taken with right attitude and confidence i think one should be able to crack it.
