      Software Developer Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Mitratech

      Interview

So they had like 4 different rounds for the interview , and after every round, the HR would call me and emphasize on their need to get an employee ASAP, they were a bit uncomfortable with my notice period as they wanted me to join them in a shorter time, on the contrary, my notice period was a bit long. Anyways I took all the interviews, the HR called me up and told that they would be extending a job offer to me, I had to send them over a few documents and they would revert with the offer letter, hours passed into days, days became weeks, I did not hear from them ever since, I personally mailed the HR twice but still didn't get any response. I didn't mind that they rejected me, all I asked for was a bit of professionalism, one minute they were ready to extend the offer and the next they were just gone with the wind. Least they could do is hire some good people in the management section who could at least communicate properly with the candidates irrespective of whether the candidate is selected or rejected.
