The interview process was arranged between a professional recruiter that sources candidates for the role. Once you are chosen, you meet with your direct manager for the first round. The second round is with the direct manager and his/her mangers.

Interview was done with HR and Hiring Manager. HR doesn't have much understanding of the role I applied for. Questions posed by HR lacked clarity and was generally unnatural. Very clear she had no idea what the job required. The office also gave off traditional SME vibes for a large organisation.
