Interview with HR, then the team, then a modeling test. They gave me a week for the test, which took at least 40 hours for what they were asking. They sent reference in a pdf. No cad or technical drawings of the furniture to be modeled. Renderings were requested as 'low res'.

In- person. Very friendly and organized. Not super clear on the requirements or the experience desired. I had the opportunity to go to the Orem location for the interview. My first contact was with someone from HR that was from the Tennessee location.

Was promised the position early, was given the position temporarily when the entire department quit. After keeping the department afloat for 6 months they brought in someone they fired twice before for the position.
