      Web + Interactive Designer Interview

      25 Jan 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Seattle, WA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mixpo (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2011

      Interview

I was interviewed by 5 different people (including the CEO) over the course of 3 visits to their offices. The first interview was with one person, the second was with two people at separate times, as was the third. The people were all very professional and friendly. After the second round of interviews, I was invited to see the office space the position would occupy, and was actually offered a beer! The company seems pretty laid back and relaxed, which I liked. They ended up offering me the position and I accepted after a quick negotiation to raise the salary offer.
