The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mnemonic in Nov 2023
Interview
The whole recruiting thing was a real downer. In the 40-minute interview, the head honcho asked me about my age not once, not twice, but three times! I don't get why that's relevant to the job. They even dug into my past, asking about when I finished school and my birth year. It was pretty obvious they were fixated on my age, and I reluctantly spilled the beans, even though it had zero to do with the job. To top it off, the interview went off track, and suddenly, they were grilling me about stuff I did a whopping 12 years ago. It felt totally unprofessional and left me feeling uneasy.

Question 1
Age three time, and what did I do in the past 12 years ago!
Many attitudinal quizzes that proves nothing but an IQ guesstimate.
No questions around the actual job during the process. Final interview with the CEO is more relevant than with the hiring managers.

Many tests, but allowed multiple chances.
other than that it was a short case and a normal interview process, nice people that seems like they really know what they do.
