Interview

I didn't interview here, but I was very annoyed with the whole process. The recruiter emailed about their interest and asked for my availability. I responded with a couple of timelsots. HR responded that since the recruitment team is based in India, they can do the initial phone screen only IST zone. That should've been my first clue about their hiring. I provided a couple of timeslots IST zone and received no response from the recruiter. I followed up, but was completely ghosted.

Interview

Telephonic ; DSAlgo; Design; Behaviour. Questions are average and not tricky. They just test your knowledge in CS Fundamentals. Requires good knowledge of any language (Java/Python) and working with popular DataStructures.

Wastage of time. The moment the interview got finished, I got an email that I was rejected. The interviewer initially mentioned that my profile was very impressive. I even asked them whether I am overqualified. They said not at all. They don't give reason also. Pathetic!

The Interview process is well thought and organized. There will be multiple interview steps are depending on your performance. All the interviewer happened to be very knowledgeable and humble. They will expect you to have Hands-on experience in the technical stack. There will be questions based on scenarios to check your ability to adapt and explore the various path to solve the given problem.

I never expected such an assignment. I got a MCQ in Google forms. I completed it and let the recruiter know. The same MCQ Google form was sent again after two days. I completed as I done it before. Then I got a rejection mail twice. Really a bad experience, who tests the skill of a engineer in Google forms that too it's a product based company. Not very happy with them. I really didn't get an opportunity to prove my skills. I also did answered the questions in MCQ correctly.

- Recruiter did the initial interview and background check
- Peers made casual conversation and I am given the time to present anything of my interest, and try to convince them with what I like
- Senior Manager gave some professional questions and quick product knowledge check, as well the strength and weakness questions
- Director of CSM asked previous project handled, background check, product knowledge, and explain briefly about the company and team member

Interview process started very cool initially after someting while discussion he is keep on raising his voice at all while discussion.I didn't understand he is treating me as a interview candidate or slave.

Pathetic interview process and waste of time . I had a couple of rounds and a coding automation challenge that need to be done. I have completed and submitted. They never get back to me.None of them looked at the coding challenge submitted in git repo

I've applied for the job online and received a very poor reply from a lady based in India that is not suitable to the seniority level of the role and the average candidates applying for it.

Very unprofessional behaviour of the interviewer. The time decided was 10.30 at which he never called and then he called at about 12 where he was least interested to listen anything and he was unable to understand or follow through. The guy was very disrespectful and even if I was through to next round I would never attend the next round. I hope they hire right people otherwise they are would be on a downfall soon.
