I applied on Indeed and received a phone screen from HR a couple days later. Company asked me to do three video interviews in one day with the CIO, CEO, and Business Ops Manager. Interviews went very well and they asked when I could start. Waited almost two weeks after my interview and was ghosted. I would have at least liked a rejection email for three hours wasted.
