Interview
First round is an assignment on ruby. In which I have to write a ruby program to read an excel sheet.
Second round is F2F technical or I should say round to test programme writting skill on paper. Algorithm is not satisfactory.

Question 1
They don't know how to inteact with the interviewee. Straight away he gave a paper and pen to write a programme. They should learn first how to take interview and judge the skills.
