Went in under the impression that the position was for marketing only to find out that by "marketing", they mean Multi-Level Marketing. The interview itself was about 15-20 min long and didn't involve any questions about my skills or abilities. The majority of the interview was spent explaining their "Management Program", which was just essentially detailing the levels of their MLM. It was very reminiscent of the times I've been approached by "friends" trying to convince me to sell essential oils, hair products, makeup, diet shakes, etc. under them.
