Interview
Took weeks to complete the process. Background check was completed and I waited to hear back but didn’t. When I followed up they told me I had the job but it was going to be another two weeks before I’d start. I accepted a different position.

Question 1
Very basic. Just reviewed my past positions. Used my resume to go over my talents and asked questions about my customer service experience.

Interview
One panel interview with vice president and branch manager. Basic interview questions and review of my resume and portfolio. About two hours long. The interview was rather informal but they asked very good questions. You will want to be prepared with information about your sales as their first thought is for the sales and not the design. If you want to be a designer first, do not apply.
