The interview process included an initial screening focused on the candidate’s legal experience, technical competencies, case management skills, communication style, and overall fit for the Associate Attorney role. Pretty standard interview process.

Three interview process consisted of: (1) recruiter; (2) senior attorney; and (3) managing attorney. Recruiter was very nice and the experience was overall positive. The opportunity felt a little too good to be true.
