Meet with sales manager and director of department. discusses all my computer skills as well as my customer service past performance. Already worked in the companies fork lift service department. Helping with dispatching road techs and billing and quotes.

Very easy process. Was called for interview. I went in the following day and had interview with 3 employees. I was called on the way home and was offered the job. Started a week later.
