Unorganized, late, and unprofessional.
Upon joining this company, there were quite a few big promises made and a beautiful picture painted. Within a few months, that picture was revealed for what it was and those promises became empty. This company has managed to limp by for a few decades but doesn’t have any real direction, culture, or growth. If you’re looking to begin a career here or professionally grow in any way, this is not the place for you. If you’re looking to collect a paycheck and cash in on some pizza parties with a trivia day here or there, this is the place for you! I will never recommend anyone to work for this company. There is no true professional growth, nothing to be learned, only a revolving door of employees. The sales floor “leader” has zero idea how to run a call center let alone a sales team. They have a promising upcoming leader that hopefully will take the “leader’s” place one day, but at the same time I hope that upcoming leader finds a company that will mold him into an authentic professional leader. I watched this companies upper leadership deceptively force people out of their roles to make room for others or to save money in the budget. The interdepartmental communication and work flow is seriously flawed. No one is held accountable for their actions, but blame is placed on those who cannot deliver because of other departments actions. For the sake of the good employees still working there, I hope this company changes sooner than later. In the meantime, I urge any potential candidates to stay far away... check back in a couple years to see if they’ve grown.
