Easy and laid back. They seemed to be well intentioned and cared about people. They seem like they also plan on training their workers. More words more words more words more words more words.

Interview
It was great. My advice to anyone interested is to make sure financial advising is something you are interested in. If it is not, the interviewer will know. Try to speak about your values, experiences, and how the community around you has shaped you.
The interview process was split up into four stages. The people are super kind and welcoming. I enjoyed the interview process but decided to pursue another opportunity in the end.
