Right from the start, the Mogli team showed their true colors. Warm, engaging, transparent, and enthusiastic - I knew I wanted to be a part of this group of go-getters. The interview wasn't at all stereotypical, as the Mogli team was interested in my path, interests, and past experiences.

Melanie Kruger from the recruiting side, cancelled our interview last minute saying she had a family emergency. She said she’d reach out to reschedule but then she sends a rejection letter instead. Who knows what she was really trying to communicate but that’s incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL.
