The agency handling the recruitment process was very thorough and friendly. We spoke a few times on the phone before the face to face interview with Moixa. My interview with Moixa lasted one hour. I received a response two weeks later and it was a no. As I was a contractor when I applied for the job, they thought I was going back to contracting once an opportunity appeared hence I was not going to stay with them for long. Surely this is some kind of discrimination against a certain group of people i.e. contractors. It seems that the minute I walked through their door, I was treated with suspicion i.e. guilty until proven innocent and had to prove my commitment rather than skills and experience.
