Molekule Consulting interview questions

I applied for the consultant role through their career portal. A few days later, I received an email from the HR department to schedule a phone screen. The call was with a recruiter and lasted around 30 minutes. It focused primarily on my background, understanding of the pharma industry, and why I was interested in consulting for them. I was asked about my previous work experience, particularly any experience in pharma, healthcare, or consulting, and how it related to the company’s needs

The interview process was great! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I knew that I wanted to work for this company right away after speaking with the team and engaging with those who interviewed me.
