Moment Factory interview questions

First interview with HR was then followed by an interview with two people that would be a direct supervisor/collaborators in the role. Interviews were bilingual, friendly, and on topic. I felt supported and encouraged to put my best impression forward (it didn't feel like they were trying to "trick" me in any way, which can sometimes happen!). I didn't get the position but HR offered to keep me in mind for future roles that would be a better fit with my experience- they did actually reach out two weeks later about an upcoming role which I appreciated deeply! Ultimately, I had taken another direction by that point.

Screening call, portfolio presentation interview with the team lead. I should have been filtered out in the screening call: although the recruiter seemed excited about me, I don't think she had any clue of what the team was actually looking for. In the follow-up interview, I discovered that my experience did not match the expectations of the team lead at all. Lack of communication between recruiter and team lead resulted in a total waste of time interview that was extremely demoralizing.
