The process took around up to three weeks. Momentum have a very efficient recruitment process, I can give them that. I applied online. Two weeks later I was called for a face to face interview. In the interview there were three interviewers, IT department and HR represented. There questions were based on my experience, interpersonal skills and job related questions. Simple questions I found them. Two days later they called me for a psychometric test and then two days later I got a job offer.
