Interview
It started out with a kind of get to know you call where general questions were asked such as what your experience is. It was definitely a gauge of the personality and if I would be a good fit in the company. I swear if my girl Brandy and I lived close together we would probably be best friends. She deserves a significant raise. I then had a second interview with the Sales Manager who was very thorough in his explanation of everything. It was all around a great experience.

I was asked more than one thing. The one thing that stands out was the question about availability and working mandatory Saturdays.

Smooth. Recruiter is excellent. Yes they do make a few questions here and there but maintly is having a conversation with a stranger. If you have sales skills and you are confortable with showing who you are and you have an outgoing personality it should be fairly easy process.

My first call back was from a gentleman named Ed Thomas. The call from start to finish was overwhelmingly positive. He was friendly, informative, professional. The questions he asked me made me feel like he was being selective while describing the job details to me at the same time. When we ended the call he told me what the next steps would be and that is exactly what happened.
