I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Monaco Enterprises (Spokane Valley, Spokane, WA)
Interview
Three persons, two members of the team and an HR rep. Interview was typical for the most part other than a couple unrelated, trick questions which make you feel unsettled or not very smart, even though you are highly intelligent and often felt a little unsettled by the attitude projected, very cut, dry, intimidating. Not very informational or forth coming on salary as most companies are from the beginning, etc. asked the question and it almost felt like I did something wrong, even though I am also interviewing them. Needless to say benefits and salary are WAY below industry standard for this job and had I had that info, I would never had interviewed. Additionally, almost every implementation type position where you travel 50-75% of the time is remote based, work from home, when you are home, a nice perk when you are away from your family alot, none of that allowed here.
Also did not get any expectations of how long the process might take or when I may hear anything.
