Monarch Distributing interview questions

The manager was apparently just filling in, but was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable and at ease. He said “great interview” at the end and invited me to come back to tour the facility.

The process is about 3 to 5 weeks long! So, if you're looking for something immediately Monarch Beverage Co. isn't the one. Apply online then someone will call you to set-up an interview if interested will call you back to shadow someone then drug screen, etc.
