- sent in CV and got an invitation for an online interview (30min) around three weeks later - interview is fun and simple, takes place online - questions using the STAR model (an experience that was difficult and how you handled it) - also questioned on why mondelez and why you’d be a great fit - was then sent an email to conduct cognitive, numerical and personality test (hard) - and received a rejection a week later

Mi proceso fue por la agencia CIA envié mi CV y llene los datos que piden en la pagina web pos y posteriormente me enviarom correo para seguir con el proceso de postulación y me pidieron una presentacion donde expusiera una mejora que pudiera hacer la empresa frente a otros 5 candidatos al puesto para luego escoger una de las ideas de los 6 y hacer una presentacion para la empresa y luego contestar preguntas del enteevistador y posteriormente me hicieron una pregunta
