I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
From all the places that I've been interviewed, this was the most graceful one. The process was easy, initially send the CV, later came a video call with the Hiring Team, a very nice lady, and finally the final interview with someone in front of me and another person via video call, they made me create a new proposal to their business and was a very nice experience, because they leave it all to you to speak about yourself, share what you know and your talents. Not as other many companies that every decision is very subjective, in this one you and your knowledge is whose who speak.

Tell me a moment in your life where you had to learn something quickly and you had to applied immediately.
Kind of caught me off guard with the first question. They asked for my fav book. I think the person interviewing me was just hired bc she sounded quite uncertain

Interview
It was a contractor position. The first phase involved an interview with the recruiting agency, followed by a second round with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, after the interview, they did not follow up.
