Completed standard SJT-type questions and some written answers detailing why I would like to work at Mondelez etc. Invited to a 30 minute virtual interview which was fairly straight-forward and the interviewer was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Was told I would receive feedback after last interview within a week, and if I hadn't heard by then to reach out to the recruiter. It's now been almost a month since my interview and I have heard 0 back, despite a few follow-up emails. To be honest I'm not sure whether I'd like to work for a company that clearly is lacking in HR professionalism and communication - after spending hours and hours on the recruiting process, booking time off work for the interview etc, it's really the bare minimum to receive a generic rejection email.

Firstly, you had to submit your CV along with your answers to the application questions. Then the second stage was a series of tests including behavioural, situational and mathematical. Then it was a video interview where you were asked a series of questions and your answers were then recorded and sent off to be reviewed.
