I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (General Pacheco) in Jan 2022
Interview

Question 1
first is HR, then you get interviewed by hiring manager. HR questions are basic and straightforward. Hiring manager is more situational, they ask you about your skills, intentions, etc. You need to be familiar with the STAR method.

First they review the CV. Then you have to take three psychotechnical tests and one personality test. If you pass the tests, they invite you to the offices to have a face-to-face interview to talk about you and ask about their products.
I applied for Mondelez Philippines. The application process took more than a month only for them to end up not informing me of their decision–not even a rejection letter. There was a lack of transparency the whole time. HR only reached out when it was convenient for them. They never attended to any of my concerns or follow-up emails. It was a complete waste of time and energy. Please train your team to do better.
