I was asked for a quick chat for the same evening by a "Talent acquisition partner", I committed time for it despite the fact that I was having a very busy day. I tried looking up the JD but the job posted was already taken down. I must admit that I did not do much research into the company due to the fact that I joined the meeting right after work. However, as soon I mentioned that I did not know more about Mondelēz, she started to talk to me in a very demeaning unprofessional manner. I was startled by the tone she took after my response. She even went on to comment about my personality within a few minutes. She kept on pressing that fact that I should have "Passion" to work at the company. I don't know how anyone would develop passion to work for a company by just reading a JD or their website. I even escalated this to the head of talent and I'm not sure if any action was taken. Not the best way to have first impressions on potential hires.
