First, I applied online after which I had to make a video where I had to introduce myself, say why I am interested in joining Mondelez, what interests me in the functional area I applied for and define what kind of work environment makes me productive and joyful. After the video, a phone interview in English followed. The phone interview was with an outsources recruitment agency (in Poland), so at times I found it difficult to understand what the recruiter was asking. I got asked to describe three different situations: one where I managed to change someone's opinion at work, once where I made a team more successful and a failing situation which I turned around. After the phone interview, an assessment centre followed. The recruited on the phone said the AC will be in english. It was rather unpleasant to find out the AC is in italian on the very day. The AC was composed of a group exercise, individual presentation and two individual interviews for those who passed the first two stages. A group exercise was to come up with a MI product and to define its name, category, and define the launch strategy. The individual interview asked for an interpretation and an elaboration of a brand P&L and market overview with competitors' market shares, prices, etc I got to the interview stage where I got asked about my favourite brand, favourite advertisement, a market sizing question, my past internship experience, different situations in a work place etc. After the AC, I haven't received a feedback from them. Which is quite unprofessional given the fact that I spent quite a lot of energy and time in preparing for different stages of the process.
