A recruiter called me about an interview with Mondelez and to arrive within a 2-3 hour window. I thought that was an odd way to manage interviews as it doesn't take into consideration the candidates time. At the interview, I waited 15 minutes in the lobby because security couldn't reach HR. Then I waited another 20 minutes while they finished another interview. During this time, several employees greeted me and one showed me the restroom.
When it was finally my turn, about 40 minutes after arriving, the interviewer was friendly, and I enjoyed our conversation. An employee interrupted with an HR question, and the interviewer just said no one was available, which I found unprofessional.
A month later, the recruiter called to offer me the job. I requested to speak with the manager to clarify some schedule concerns, as I have kids and need flexibility. The same person I had interviewed with called me back. She said she would discuss my concerns with someone, but I never heard from them again or the recruiter.
