Monet Software interview questions

HR dominates the interview process, asks nearly all the questions. Knows the title but seems to think the work is as a glorified secretary. Tools and concepts had to be spelled out, defined, explained in depth. Department heads tried to explain some concepts to HR after my explanation, with moderate success. Unwilling to pay market rate for the skills they say they desperately need.
