I was emailed first, and then we set up an optimal time to chat about what the position is, and why I'm interested in the position. Once the phone screening process was passed, we set up a time and day for a face to face interview with the manager and director of the department. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I had to reschedule the face to face interview, but they were very understanding and rescheduling was very easy!
